Selma Advisory is a company dedicated to the intermediation of surety insurance for large multinational companies. Its distribution structure encompasses two operating models:
- Insurance Coverholder Agency
- External colaborator

Selma is a Coverholder Agency; it acts on behalf of an Insurance Company from another country or with no knowledge in whatever market, product, channel..., which is interested in selling insurance in Spain under the Community Directives, but without the need to create a company in Spain or Europe. The benefits for the Insurer of this legal form are 2:
1. Provide the Insurer with European clients with insurance needs in the countries where the Insurer already operates
2. Provide the Insurer with the opening and start of activity in Spain and Europe, without the need for significant resources
